Join Houston’s renowned Julia Kay Laskowski and Patti Rabaza as they teach how to tell the story of a song and apply it to your performance.
You will be learning:
The natural narrative of the Character in the song
- How to enhance your performance with pacing, emotional states, settings and circumstances within the song.
Patti Rabaza will be on piano accompanying and aiding Julia Kay Laskowski on the methods used for your song piece.
This is a unique workshop and a rarity to find in the Houston Market.
When: February 26th, 2012
Time : 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Cost: 150.00
Ages: 9-109
Needed: 2 songs with sheet music in appropriate key and paper for feedback and lecture note taking.
Pay Full tuition of $150.00
This will include a $5.00 transaction fee.
